* The Optional Repair Plan is an added service you may choose to add on to student/intermediate model instruments when
indicated as an option. The plan covers any and all accidental damage to the specic rented instrument (veried by serial
number) incurred during the rental period while the plan is active. If damage is severe, then the instrument may be swapped
out at the discretion of The Brasswind Network LLC for no additional fee. The renter is responsible for shipping costs each way.
The Optional Repair Plan is charged upfront for the duration which you contract to rent for, and will not be charged monthly.
If damage is reasonably decided to be malicious or intentional, then The Brasswind Network LLC and its members will refuse to
cover repair or replacement costs. These costs will then be charged to the renter.
The Optional Repair Plan does not cover theft or loss of instrument. The renter is solely responsible for missing or not-
returned instruments.
Payment
Schedule
For all rentals of 6-months or longer, the client will pay the cost of 3-months rental at the start of their rental term, which is non-
refundable. This covers the rst 1 and nal 2 months of rental costs. The client will then continue to pay their monthly rental
costs every month as billed until the nal 2-months of the agreement, which are already paid for.
For all rentals of less than 6-months, the client will pay the entire rental cost up-front, which is non-refundable.
Late returned rentals will incur a late fee. Any missing, stolen, or unreturned rentals may result in reasonable legal action as
needed.
The Optional Repair Plan is charged in full upfront (not monthly).
